Business has picked up dramatically from the beginning of the year. Most of the Las Vegas and Henderson inventory is overpriced. The small percentage of homes that are priced to sell are going multiple offers in most instances. I have seen up to 24 offers on one property recently. The Bank Foreclosures are where the strongest deals are found today.

I here "I am waiting for the bottom" all the time. The bottom is when you can buy for the absolute lowest price. For most of you it's time to buy.
Demand is what causes appreciation. When you have multiple offers on the best deals on the market, you will see appreciation at a good clip. That is exactly what happened in 2003-2005. Call or write to discuss market conditions anytime.
