About Me
I feel I was lucky to start out my life in a small Iowa farm town with a great family. I lived there for 22 years and had the opportunity to get a great education and enjoy the simple life.
I was ready to explore what the world had to offer. I had the opportunity to visit Las Vegas on vacation. I had nothing to lose at the time and decided immediately to move to Las Vegas when I returned from vacation. Within 3 months I rolled into Las Vegas with no place to call home, no job, and virtually nothing.
Real Estate had always intrigued me as a child. My grandfather bought and sold properties and was a Realtor later in life. I went to Real Estate School and graduated. Then I joined the board of Realtors.
I would describe my first day of being a Realtor like a lost puppy. You don't have a clue where to start. I had no choice but to make things happen quickly. I was lucky to have had a chance encounter with a seasoned Realtor getting in a workout at the gym. We hit it off and I started to work with him immediately. Unfortunately things that worked for him did not work for me necessarily. I would describe our relationship as old school versus new. He provided me with the tools and I figured out my path in the business. We worked together for approximately 3 years. The knowledge I got from him is priceless. At the end of our relationship we had great success and he learned a lot of things from me that he applied to make his business grow.
I went out on my own and applied all the business practices we had formed. After a successful two year run I decided to move to Remax. Remax is the largest Real Estate organization in the world. I felt the Remax name and marketing would benefit my clients. It definitely has made a positive change in my business.
I have been lucky enough to have closed approximately $50,000,000 in Real Estate as I write this letter. The main reason for my success is all the support and repeat business from my past clients. With my experience and knowledge of the local market, I am confident I can provide my clients with the service they deserve. Thank you for your interest in me. I hope to hear from you soon.
